Notification has been issued for recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle of India Post. Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle GDS Recruitment 2020 Notification (No. R&E/77-55/2020) was issued on Wednesday, 7Th October, 2020. In various districts of the State of Himachal Pradesh, applications have been invited for a total of 634 vacancies of Gramin Dak Sevaks to work in various branches in post offices. Who can apply?

The educational qualification prescribed for Gramin Dak Sevak posts in various circles by the Department of Indian Posts has been prescribed as 10th pass from a recognised university. Also, candidates should have good knowledge of mathematics and English as well as local language (Hindi) in matriculation. In addition, candidates should have done basic computer course of a minimum period of 60 days. The candidates should be able and skilled in cycling.
